Responsive Vassar Hompage

This is a responsive version of our current, live homepage. That page is fairly well optimized but taking it to 10k was a challenge. The key in this case was loading low resolution images first. I’ve minified the files and when gzipped the total will be under 10k. This was a great exercise. Thanks for running this contest!
