Personal Webpage Template

This is just a simple personal webpage template that's experienced in 10kb. Everything is ready to be used; however, the form needs a backend, but the action and the method are already set. Javascript lazyloads and adds the smooth scrolling. If Javascript isn't enabled, however, the webpage would still work fine. It would replace the images by pre-placeholders and the smooth scrolling would just be normal scrolling. I hope lazyloading doesn't deduct form the 10kb. The Javascript is unnecessary.
